What to Expect from Meditation:

 

A one on one private meditation is an opportunity to address your specific request and invite change into your life. 

 

We will speak beforehand or meet at the beginning of your session to discuss your concerns or area of interest for the meditation. I will cater the meditation to your needs and lead you through visualizations, breathing exercises and possibly other techniques that you can take with you and integrate into your life. This will allow you to continue your practice and be the driver of your own inner healing or transformation. Soothing music, candlelight, and a relaxing atmosphere await.

 

Group meditations or off site meditations are a similar experience, however catered to the overall interests of the group.
