Relax and enjoy this peaceful journey inward, as we explore the true connection of mind and body through meditation, a proven technique to lower stress and anxiety. There are many modalities of meditation. I tend to use visualization, mindfulness and breathing techniques. I often incorporate nature into my meditations to renew our connection to the earth and its healing, nurturing power. Give yourself permission to open your heart and mind and to experience an overall sense of well-being.
